We do a similar thing like this at my school. We have an online space where we have weekly questions, and even with only twenty people, the questions become duplicates fairly quick. I think it would be cool to try out though, with the right boundaries.

Have you tried changing your HDD controller under BIOS. There should be options for AHCI, Sata, IDE, etc. This could help you when installing XP also.

It's a toolbar under Firefox I believe. Just disable the toolbar, or check your add-on box and disable it. Either way should work.

It's gonna be a desktop server for the most part. We are gonna use it to push out Altiris images onto old pc's and refurbish them. We wanted CPU power, and since it's not a server board, we went with the top i7. It also will be used to test out thin-client technology.
