    yup, the Core 2 Duo E5200 is Intel's new 45nm processor offering,....much better, than the E4XXX series which I as what I've read will be discontinued at the last quarter this year.

    the 8600GT is much better, but make it sure though that you are getting the DDR3 version,....and if you can find one, a factory-overclocked version will give you a bit of a performance boost than 8600GT's sold at stock clock speeds.

    don't now about COD4 but Crysis do benefit from a lot of ram in your system, maybe a bit of a hardly noticeable lag,....
