    as he said, try a different video card that's known to be working to see if thats the problem, If it's at the bios then its probably the video card or the slot (less likely).

    by the looks of it you are using an onboard graphics card. One thing I would definately suggest is to get a new graphics card for it as you are sharing the memory between the graphics card and PC. Other than that yes upgrading the RAM to 1GB would give a significant improvement

    the vga port is output unfortunately. The only way I can think of that you could do it is to get a usb video capture "card" such as this although I'm not sure how fast it is but you would need something like that.

    the normal thing to do is to buy an access point for that kind of thing...but if you do what OMEGA said then it should work

    you have to burn it to a cd. Use your cd writing software, choose to burn a "disc image or saved project" (thats what nero says) find that file and burn it to a cd then put it in your pc and boot from it
