    I have had issues in the past activating Windows over the internet. I just find it easier to activate over the phone.

    Just so you know for the future, don't ever activate Windows over the internet. I have done that with legit licenses and still have had issues.

    My suggestion is that you buy a prebuilt PC with an Intel Pentium. I have a laptop with a Celeron and even just web browsing bogs it down. I also suggest a pre built becuase if you build it yourself, you will need to purchase Windows, which adds another $100 or so...
