The model of the HP PC is an HP Compaq dx2310 Microtower PC. I do have a hypothesis on why the GPU doesn't display any output possibly due to overheating, because sometimes during gaming sessions (before I had this problem) the screen blacks out and then shows display again but the game freezes...
