yes i have an OS. I don't know which to chose Windows XP Home Edition or Windows XP Professional. Also, the CPU didn't come with a fan/heatsink. Anybody have a suggestion?

Yeah that's it, nevermind. Black Edition's don't come with fan/heatsink so don't worry your'e good, no rip-off. 
But you do need one so I would suggest either one of these:

Why are you recommending a Vid card that needs PCI express 2.0 but a Motherboard that doesnt support 2.0?

they are basically the same exact thing dude...not much of a diff. pro is obviously better. if pro is only, like $20 more...go with it.
