hmmm idk why you would spend this much money for this set up...

I was happy with mine and it was only 805.00 shipped......

sweet set up it is ....

Thanks Sirius, had the money to BURN so why not go for the BEST? I dont have the option of spending $500 for a DX10 card 4 months from now =/ So I went ahead and decided to fork over the extra $100 so it will last me a long time :) the 7950GX2 beat the X1950XTX by over 25FPS in FEAR The MAX FPS the x1950XTX reached was 62 fps while the 7950GX2 max FPS was 142

Average FPS IN FEAR:

X1950XTX: 40
7950GX2: 67

and FEAR is the game I want to play soo :)

I just wait until the next generation videocards come out. If you dont want to wait go for x1900xt or x1900xtx or x1950xtx ati is way ahead of nvidia. You cant used hdr + AA+AF with nvidia 7950. And with ATI you can < an example

I should of never bought the 7900gtx i feel stupid now. Ati setup is what i need.

I build my computer for 1300$ australia dollar and the specs are below.

(excluding the external harddrives)

I bulid mine overseas, BARGIN ey??

are US dollars more or less than AU cuz for 1300 im pretty sure you could build a comp that would wipe the floor with that for way less money. id spend 2000 for the rig hes looking at before i spent 1300 on that one. i didnt spend anywhere near that much for mine and mine would most likely outperform urs.

ok i spent like 300+ less than you. cuz urs comes out to like about 1000 usd dollars. and that was after i had the stuff overnighted to me.

Does it really matter mate? nightrain's system is better than yours but if your happy with your system what does it matter? and you cant compare you system to mine I have a bigger budget then you so my system is ALOT better than yours. This is not a race.

UPDATE: Pc is running great! after installing Service Pack 2 everthing worked fine. PC is fast... This thing laughs at playing GRAW in max settings!

a 20'' WIDESCREEN LCD is propably the best thing I have ever spent $300 on!
INCREDIBLY WORTH IT! wraps you up in a 360 degree caccon of delicious display.

Really happy with the PC. deffinitely reccomend it.
