My only concern is will it fit in my 900? That and im sure heat wont be to big of an issue right? Im reading reviews and some people say you have to change profiles to increase fan speed to lower temp.
The 4870 would totally destroy this card.well this card caught my eye http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...342&CatId=3670
4870 hands down or you can try and get 2x3870's also. i would get the crossfire to tell you the truth.

Hey man,
I'm running two 4870's in my antec900!
They run warm but you can adjust the fans--plus the cooling of the antec900 is quite efficient.
cheers/
Sux, still haven't got my card, would have been here friday but the hurricane. Good thing I ordered it when I did they went up 20 bux on there price of the card.
The wait will be worth it.
Ive only played CoD4, GRID, and Crysis since I got mine, and all of those games ran so smooth and on high settings. I didnt notice Crysis had a Very high setting, so ill play through the game again on that and see how it runs. Im expectinng minimal lag.
Setting the fan speed up is easy. I have three profiles. Sleep, browsing, and one for gaming.![]()
I heard the 8.8 drivers have fan speed selection. If not ill do that hack.
Heard that too, im still on 8.6 though, so I havent tried it or seen how well it manages the fan. Im sure its fine though with lots of people using it. lol
Id recommend a driver upgrade, not on any first hand experience but with newer cards, I hear they preform better with newer drivers.
