$450 Budget Want A PC

I will be connecting the computer to an LCD screen using Hdmi or DVI->Hdmi converter So I dont want a monitor nor a keybord nor an OS a small casing a good graphic card.
I will be using it for watching movies on the LCD which will be 37' or 42' or an LED tv only a dvd player needed not a bluray player.Wont be playing games on the LCD only net surfing and movies so please can you assemble one for me use newegg and please can you provide with 2 alternatives one amd or intel and i want the pc futureproof

I am about to run out with the wife for some sunday fun but when I get back i'll post something up. Just to make sure, you do have an OS installation disk right? I have just seen in the past where a person in under the impression they can just swap the HDD out of there Dell and away they go with that OS. Also, do you need a mouse?
 
i already have a pc with config

core i7 920
2gbx3 corsair dominator 1600mhz
gtx 275 xfx
haf932
asus p6t delux
thermaltake 650W

self assembled
i am not a total computer illiterate so. yes i have all the OS needed i have xp vista home premium and windows 7 ultimate installed currently and have all the versions in 32bit and 64 as well nd no mice needed

and a case i am building this pc for my parents and sorry for the lack of punctuation as i fractured my other hand so have trouble typing .
i live in india nd my parents in dubai
so pls help me

assemble a pc from newegg i can make those parts available in dubai easily only for a bit more my actual budget is 500 bux but since newegg is a bit cheaper than dubai so.........
i alrady have a laptop at home but i also need an HTPC there and a netbook for me
 
Since you are in dubai, I would only pick some well known brand
