Let me ask you this.

Is windows 7 fully updated as far as security updates go?

What was the latest version of Firefox you tried?

Cause you need to have security update KB4474419 installed if you have firefox version 100 or later installed.

You have to remember, you are running windows 7 which is no longer supported. So accessing websites, http/https may not work correctly.

We've tried for a very long time to get you understand this. I mean Windows 10 support only lasts another 2.5 years until October 14 2025.

Yet another issue that would have been avoided by using a supported platform.

HOWEVER....
It was a glitch in the Mozilla download...Once "FF" was deleted and reinstalled (same version) all was good.
