All-in-One Computer for Gaming

Ok so I think i will be gong with this since it fits my budget nicely. How long could i expect to be able to play on high settings? 2 or 3 years hopefully?? Should it be easily upgraded?
It's a good rig, but the one I posted actually has a faster GPU, so it should be better at gaming than that one. That particular rig has far too much HDD space and RAM than is necessary, but a rather slow GPU and CPU. This article details the performance difference:

In a GPU-intensive game like BF3, the Radeon HD 7770 probably won't cut it.

The K-series CPU I posted earlier is meant for overclocking, which the motherboard I listed cannot do. This CPU is still far faster than the AMD one in the Wintronic build.
