This being my 1st personal PC build and haven't touch an inside of a case in seven years my knowledge of all hardware has been throwing outside the window. So now with my first personal build I was going to go with a budget build but since I feel that this desktop will keep me going for well over 5 years I've decided that a budget PC probably won't be the smartest idea so with that said, let the fun begin.
My CPU choice:
AMD Phenom II X4 940 Black Edition -$130

GPU:
SAPPHIRE 100283-3L Radeon HD 5770 1GB- $170

Question, Can this GPU with the HDMI port support my 32" 1080p tv or do I need a 2nd one? I don't plan on playing Crysis on high or anything of that caliber, I just want to make sure it can play my videos without any blurring or hiccups, Oh and Command and Conquer Generals
Also Sapphire or XFX?
PSU:
COOLER MASTER eXtreme Power Plus RS-460- $35

Will this be enough to push the AMD and Sapphire and up to 8gb of ram? Do I need to go to 550w?
HDD:
SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD502HJ 500GB 7200 RPM- $55

Ram- $89 after rebate.
Kingston HyperX T1 Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066
