i was looking at buying an arctic VGA silence/cooler for my gfx card. i was looking at some reviews, one said that it was really loud, like a lawn mower, is this true? aint they ment to be quiet??

Newegg was apparently out of the Artic 64 Pro that a friend went after until... too late he already installed that when he saw the Zalman! Guess who is running it?
