That PSU should enough for you. However, I personally don't like too many +12 rail due to cable managemen

I suggest you go for Corsair CMPSU-650TX

That is due to the number cables, not rails.... the rails are how the power is distributed to each type of cable. You are thinking about a modular power supply, where cables you are not using can be removed. The TX line from corsair is not modular.

As for power supplies, i'd go with this unit, ends up cheaper once you include rebates and the coupon code XFXPOWER($15 off with promo code, another $20 from rebates, it ends up being ~$65).

very slightly cheaper at scan, bare in mind you get better shipping with scan and the support is a hell of alot better there too than at OcUK, who if you have any sort of problem, don't want to speak to you, or want to try and stretch it until it is just out of warranty, so they can say "but it is out of warranty, so sorry, can't do anything"

more on topic though, to OP, that is a good price for the processor, but bare in mind the 950 is the same as a 930, just with higher locks. A .2GHz OC is nothing at all, so you could save some by going for that instead, it will perform the exact same but save you a few $

The case is good, yes, especially for the price

And your power supply can easily handle what you want it to without any problems

thanks for the help guys! But the funny thing is the 930 is actually more expensive than the 950 @ $260 unless you have a microcenter, which i dont.

The cooler is different. On the cheaper one the fan is in the middle, which means half of the hot air will be expelled from the back of the case, the rest will go into the case, raising internal temperatures. The more expensive one has the fan at the end, so all of the air will go out of the back.

Also, check with Fry's because depending which card you get, it will come with either EVGA 3 year warranty, or lifetime. Clarify it with them because, for obvious reasons, it would be better to get the one with lifetime warranty.

Or you could spend $10 extra and get a free copy of starcraft 2 and know for certain by getting it from the egg:

No GTX 460's have 3 year, its either 2 year (-TR) or lifetime (-AR).

yea knew the length of the warranty, was a slip up rather than lack of knowledge. Didn't notice the difference in product code though and how it related to the warranty :)

Is there really that much difference though? The reason i'm asking is because it looks like they only have the cheaper one in stock. I just don't wanna wait for shipping haha:P but if it's worth it I will. Also, I already own starcraft 2 ha
I'll definitely check on the warranty

not really no. The card itself is the same, it is just the cooler which is different
 
The cheaper one cools a bit better and is quieter, the more expensive one is louder and exhausts out the back of the case, reducing overall case temp.

if you think about it the one with the fan in the middle of the card would be located closer to the actual back of the case, the one at the end of the card is located more in the middle of the case

you are right, but they don't blow out air. That fan sucks in air and blows it across the fins of the heatsink.

The one in the middle will suck in the air and air will go both ways out of both ends, so into the case and out.

The one with it at the end will push the air right along the fins, out of the back of the case
