Are these good deals?

So i bought the 950 for 260, also got that antec earthwatts 650 watt power supply it was normally 75 with rebate but it was just 60 dollars, and then bought the gtx 460

the cooler I got was the cooler master v8. What do you guys think about it? They also had the hyper 212 for really cheap and I was thinking about getting it, but didn't know how well it works.
 
The V8 is ok, but very overpriced. I personally would have taken a look at a noctua, Xigmatech or prolimatech cooler rather than a V8

Depends how much you paid, quite honestly the V6 is a heck of alot better cooler than the v8, and cheaper to boot.
