but your telling me that if i have a computer operating with a FSB of 333 Mhz that its not really running at that rate???
uh...seems like its already answered. A 333 BUS is a 166FSB with 2 transmissions per clock1. No such thing as 333fsb....
What you'll find on NewEgg is for all intents and purposes, advertisements. Marketers know people go for the bigger number and that FSB/BUS is a common error so they usually make a tactical error and state something like FSB800 for Pentium4s or something when its really FSB200. Another common site that gets FSB wrong is TomsHardwareum did a search for 333 FSB......
Cease this mono-syllable and single-sting crap.
Correct. Its not actually operating at that ... the clock is 133MHz but since it can do two operations per pulse, its effectively DDR266but your telling me that if I have a computer operating with a FSB of 333 Mhz that its not really running at that rate???
