In your guys' opinion or expertise, what is the best graphics card I can get in the price range of $150 and $250?

ATI Radeon 4870 or 4890 would be the best but it depends on what kind of CPU you have because you don't won't your CPU to bottleneck your graphics card. What kind of power supply do you have you will most likily have to have a new one unless you have a really good named brand it might be best to look at 4870 for $150 then get a new power supply for around $60-$70

Alright, one more question, When you are shopping for graphics cards, what is the main thing to look at?

Review just read what other people say about them that way you can make sure your not getting a piece of crap.

Big difference. 150/170 bucks a 4870 or a GTX 260. Just up to under 250 bucks a 4890 or a GTX 275

I am thinking that the 4870 seems best. Oh and about that other stuff,
-I have a Intel Pentium Dual CPU @ 2.20 but I might get a ntel Core 2 Duo E7600 Wolfdale 3.06GHz 3MB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor

Upgrading the CPU is a good idea because there is a possibility that you CPU might bottleneck the 4870.

The CPU is fine just upgrade as soon as you can some more/better RAM might be a good idea as well.

Then get the 4GBs which is enough for anything use the other $50 towards a new CPU, Case. or CPU cooler.

You think the OCZ's are heavy you should pick a PC power and cooling one up I would be scared to put one in a top mounted case.
