Best reasonable priced graphics card to play Diablo 3

600 pound sterling may be pretty good. Been a while since I did a build for an english citizen. Vistakid will be able to help you more than I can at that point. But it looks like 600 pounds would be $933, so your good there. Excellent even.
Yep £600 is enough. :)

how do i get in touch with Vistakid?
Here I am! :)

Right OK this is what I've come up with for £600.

CPU Core i3 2120 http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/...encorei3,i5andi71155socket/bx80623i32120.html
Motherboard ASRock Extreme4 http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/...el1155z77chipsetmotherboards/z77extreme4.html (Make sure you update the BIOS before you try and use the i3 processor with this!)
RAM 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz CL9 http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/memory-pc/ddr3-pc3-12800/1600mhz/cmz8gx3m2a1600c9.html

PSU OCZ ModXStream Pro Modular PSU 600W http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/powersupplies/ocz600mxsp-uk.html
Case Cooler Master Storm Scout http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/cases/cases/sgc-2000-kkn1-gp.html

Graphics Card Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/...aphicscards/amdhd6850series/11180-00-20r.html

HDD Seagate Barracuda 1TB http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/harddrives-internal/sata500gbto1tb/st1000dm003.html

DVD-RW Samsung SATA DVD-RW http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/opticaldrives/satadvdwriters/sh-s222bbbebe.html

OS Windows 7 Premium x64 SP1 (OEM) http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/software/gfc-02050.html

Cost (excluding OS) £573.89 (incl. VAT)
Cost (including OS) £647.87 (incl. VAT)

Got a question for you - is Windows 7 also included in your £600 budget or is your £600 budget just for hardware alone?

To lower the cost a bit you can go for this motherboard instead http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/...el1155z77chipsetmotherboards/ga-z77-ds3h.html using that board would bring the whole cost down to £602.87 and that's including Windows 7 too, so that may be worth considering. The ASRock board is nicer though, but this Gigabyte board would also be fine. :)

Let me know what you think.

well i guess the 600 mark would be for all. but i have a hdd 1tb sata. would that make a difference?
Yes if you already have an HDD you don't need to buy another one. Maybe the money you save by already having an HDD you can put towards a better graphics card such as the 6870 http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/...aphicscards/amdhd6870series/11179-17-21g.html if you get that card and this Gigabyte board http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/...tel1155z77chipsetmotherboards/ga-z77-d3h.html the total comes to £584.88 inc vat and including Windows 7. :)

and also is the graphics card hd?
Yes Sir. :)

Do you want me to make you a final list of all the parts so that they're all in one post?

Edit: here they are

CPU Core i3 2120 http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/...encorei3,i5andi71155socket/bx80623i32120.html

OS Windows 7 Premium x64 SP1 (OEM) http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/software/gfc-02050.html

Vista, you idiot (lol, just joking), I already made a build that is better than that in a couple ways, were yours is better in a couple ways.I dont think you saw my build, but it had a 6950, a i3, and a GB Z68 i think, maybe z77, I forgot. It cost 650 pounds, but beat yours a lot with the GPU, and the case is a corsair.

£600 was his absolute max budget including Windows 7 which alone was £80.

See. :P My build was also all from Novatech, it gets confusing buying stuff from different places.

2 different places, only 2.And, I included windows. Here is the deal thats faur to both of us:My build for 650 pounds would BEAST.Vistas build for 550 pounds would ALMOST beast, as the GPU is not as good. So, for the extra quid, go with my build, you will notice a difference in performance.

How about you get everything bar the graphics card from my build and get this 6950 from Overclockers http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-299-SP and then the whole thing would cost just under £600. How does that sound?

The CM Storm Scout is a slightly better case than the 300R by the way. ;) You could use the 300R and save even more money though.

Not sure if the OP has ordered yet or what though...

how about buying a i5 and get an hd6850? should increase the computers speed...
because an i3 isn't really to fast for games...
You can play bf3 on high with an hd6850 without problems (if you got an i5 at least)

A i3 is very capable. A i3 and 6950 would beat the i5 and 6850 in bf3 even. A 6870 and i3 would be slightly better than a i5 and 6850. A i3 is a AWESOME budget CPU.

The i3 is a fine little CPU. :) I'd upgrade the graphics card before the CPU, but certainly if say the budget was upped to £605 or £700 I'd be recommending an i5 and a 6870. :) I reckon an i3 and a 6870 or 6950 would be faster than an i5 and a 6850 in the games.

I've used an i3 2120 for a build I did and paired with a GTX 560 Ti it just blew me away. Was a fantastic CPU and for £90 you just cannot beat it really. :)

ok, i guess i could raise the budget to 700 as the main drift im getting is that an extra 100 will give me much better results. and guys im unsure who to choose from. dont mean to step on anyone's toes but can we come to a common ground and the best build for me please.

the best build for gaming would be an i5, 8GB of RAM and the best preforming GPU you can afford, plus the accompaning material like case, PSU, DVD drive and the like.

700 pound build! A BEAST!

CPU: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CP-404- EDITED FOR 700 POUNDS! Basically the best gaming CPU there is.

Sorry for different stores, but would you rather have a bigger hassle or spend 100 more pounds? Total: Around 700 pounds for a BEAST. The case is one of the best budget cases out there, and the CPU is a quad, and incredible gaming performance.. The GPU (graphics) are awesome for a budget, and it wasnt even a budget card last year. Gigabyte makes a great motherboard, and all the other parts are from good brands. The OCZ 550 is slightly better than a Corsair CX600 (which are comparable units) , as it is 80 plus BRONZE, unlike the cx600 which is 80 Plus. And, I hear the CX series is loud. OCZ makes good power supplys, usually corsair is better, but OCZ is better in this round. Final: This is a beast!!!
