I got Bioshock running on my Comadore 64 computer and used configs in the files to reduce the graphics settings further than you can in options. At these low ettings I can run the game at 15fps heres a pic below and no it aint pre rendered video.

The top right building is the lighthouse
The purple object is a bathysphear
bottom left is a Big Daddy
