whats the full GFX card name e.g. 6600gt or x800 or 1600. etc

youll find this when you right click on the desktop go to the advanced tab and it should be mid way down.

dunno if u knew this so i put it just in case

Okay thanks for your help with the Drivers and all but does anyone know where system Bios is
the error says to go there and disable caching and shadowing

When your computer is in tehb boot stage, jsut after you power it up, keep pressing either the Delete Key, F1, F2, or Escape. You should be popped into a blue screen with a lot fo options.

The correct button is probably Delete or Esc.

umm... just an update on the problem
i re-did my computer and aftetuffr installing the drivers from online and stuff
i am now getting these error messages from the tellin me that some exe file failed to initialize properly
WHY? What should I DO?

could be a problems with the USB 2.0 built in driver of the OS, try installing SP2, it can solve the problem.

Video Driver Problem

I tried to install my video Driver and it says in a error message window that says

"severe": [INF ERROR] Video Driver Not Found

And then there is a second message that says:"Severe": Try to set up your display adapter witha standered VGA Driver before running setup

NEED HELP
