You can't just image your current hdd and install it to a new pc since it will have way different hardware and would bluescreen upon bootup. You'll need to install windows fresh and reinstall all your programs. You can get windows licenses pretty cheap online for around 30 bucks.

i understand that but is there a way to reuse my COA even if i have to reinstall the OS cant i just use the OEM key i still got the sticker on the case ?? realy dont like the idea of buying keys off the internets.

You might have a hard time reactivating it since it's tied to hardware. If you are signed in with a Microsoft account and if the license is tied to that then you can usually sign into the new pc with the MS account and the license will transfer. I've used that website I linked you to for quite some time now and have bought many keys and they work. I build systems for clients and that's what I use. Pretty good when you can get windows home for less than 20 bucks when you know a discount code.
