Budget LGA 1156 Mobo's

Any particular reason you want to use an i7 860? If you're on a tight budget, and you haven't already purchased the CPU, I would suggest maybe an i5 750 or even an AMD 1055T.

The i7 860 chews up an awful lot of your budget. It doesn't make a lot of sense to have a high end CPU in a compromised, budget system.

Also, are there any boards that are ATX?

Would personally stay away from ASRock, especially as for the same price/less you can get a Gigabyte, MSI or EVGA board:

EVGA: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813188064 $54 after MIR

MSI: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130253R $75

Gigabyte: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128450 $75

If I had to pick one, I'd go for the EVGA board

I personally not go for EVGA. it suppro video card at PCI Express x8. No good if running single card

Honestly, I am sort of agreeing with you the more I look into it. Without looking at everything, it is a very good board, however you realise why the price is lower when you look at features, layout, software etc.

I know it is mATX, but you won't get a long card in there because of the SATA slot positions, and getting 2 cards in SLI would be a bit of a squeeze. You can't overclock on it, there aren't any more BIOS updates coming to rectify that either...
