Video Card: GTX 560 Ti, GTX 550 Ti, HD 6870, HD 6850. I just want to use High settings at 1680x1050, Maybe Max. I could probably get away with a HD 5670.

HDD/SSD: ?

Optical Drive: Something Cheap.

Case: HAF 912, CM690 II, NZXT M59 (Window). Open to any suggestion.

I know this will be near Impossible with my budget, but I bet I can make it happen. I appreciate all Help, suggestions, etc. Thanks everyone. (In advance)

you could probably get away with maybe an ATI Radeon 5770 for the GPU. they're a good card for not much money. i'm just about to start a build with one of them

Yes, my 5770 is overclocked to 960mhz and runs the same temp as normal clocks. And this is with bad cable management and dust inside my case

Ha yea man. I wasn't really an ati fan but since I had this card with its overclocking abilities I love it.

GPU: GTX 560 is my personal favourite

Optical: doesn't matter, buy the cheapest one.

Case: CM690 II Advanced, you can mod the side panel or buy one from CM with a window already there. Case has great cable management features compared to the others.

Fractal Define R3 is just awesome to work in, and if you add some fans the case will be cold as ice

The case is fine and the cable management solutions are great. Cooling is also +1.

I was thinking the CM 690 II and the SPinpoint F3 myself... not sure If I can fit in a GTX 560 though. Any suggestions when it comes to the Processor, Motherboard, RAM, and possibly a aftermarket Heatsink?

I also looked at that window you mentioned for the 690 II, I couldn't find it at newegg or Tiger Direct. Maybe I wasn't looking very hard.

i5 2300 - $185 at 2.8 (3.1 turbo)
vs
i5 2400 - $190 at 3.1 (3.4 turbo) <-- this seems to be the best deal
vs
i5 2500 - $210 at 3.3 (3.7 turbo)

2500k if you're gonna overclock and can justify the extra few dollars. get more bang for your buck
