Building my brother a computer. What parts should I get him?

Is it worth it to get a 4 GB version of the 760 like this one? Its 20 more then the other 760's

The only benefit of having more V-RAM is on higher resolutions, some editing programs, and the occasional game that uses that much like titanfall.

For single 1080p gaming it would probably be better if you got a 2GB 760 or a 770

I keep getting this when I look at my parts list

(part) has been removed from shopping cart due to quantity limitation/insufficient stock. Some combo items might be affected by this.

Why? When I go to the parts page it says its still in stock.

Now My 1 TB hdd, gigabyte MoBo, and i5 CPU are unavailable. It says they are still in stock so whats going on? can you find me parts similar to the ones that are gone?
