Buying a Motherboard

hey guys I need to replace my motherboard . and im looking for something not so expensive but good.

This are the things that I have and I need the motherboard to support it.

Socket Type - LGA775
CPU - Intel Core 2 Dual E6600
Memory - PC2-6400 800Mhz
PCI Express
SATA Hard Drive

the rest doesnt matter.

Are you looking for a good overclocking board, or just a budget board with good performance with those features?

nah i dont care about overclocking mobo. and yea i would like the mobo to have those features. if you can point one out for me for less than 100 it would be great.

Does the motherboard chipset matters? does it have to match ?

I used to have Intel i965, Can I get a Intel P965?
