DDR3 = For idiot rich people... More technical cons below:
1) Expensive, nuff said.
2) Latencies are too high to see a big percentage increase over DDR2
3) Not a widely used standard
4) DDR3 motherboards are extremely expensive...
Yeah, the DDR2 pwns at this moment but I still can't wait untill the DDR3 drops in price
. When they start to include the codes used for the newer cards, motherboards and RAMs in games I'll prolly drool over the awsome graphic and FPS these components can muster .

But as it is now I'm going to wait a few months untill I'm going to buy the new comp - and besides I'm hoping on some new technology are going to be released soon. Second I'm talking to my brother about the RAM, if I shall buy DDR2 800 or corsair Twin2X 1 GB DDR2-1066 kit, but perhaps I'm going to buy the corsair Twin2X 2 GB DDR2-800 kit just because I know about it and you've mentioned it. Two of the Corsair Twin2x DDR2 800 of course ^^, since 4GB is on the plat du jour right now
.Q6600 for multitasking, and E8400 for gaming. Both are great overclockers!
I'd recommend you get the G0 version from ClubIT.com
He's not in the US. I'm guessing the majority of Q6600's on the market are G0, no matter where you buy them.
Can anyone shed some light on this: Geforce over Radeon - no one haven't really writen anything out of true conviction that could persuade me into buying, or even to believe Radeon work better then Geforce, Radeon.

Yes, you said that before - but even so I do wonder, besides the increase in expense, how does this come? Is it because games in general and graphic cards dosen't utilize ram above 800 to a 100% or is it because the slight increase in performance is neglible in regard to the increase in cash above 800?
The second part. The peformance gain to price is... not worth it.
I had my DDR2-800 pqi Turbo RAM ($50) OC'd over 1000MHz (DDR2-1000)...
BTW... whats EPP nVidia / SLI Memory support good for? Is it as I guess it to be comatible with SLI, like increasing the performance, or is this some kind of 'special' option embedded in SLI?

What's it used for? Should I see it as a important part of the RAM or should I blunder on as an ignorant PC-user and tell everybody I meet that's it wrong to see EPP nVidia / SLI Memory support as an important implement?

Theoretically, SLi memory paired with an nForce motherboard is suppose to make overclocking easier. I used to own a 680i and I never used this feature. It's basically a marketing gimmick - it really is. I think that's what oscaryu1 was trying to say.
