So I called and I have to ship it out.
It shows where it fell. Which I just now noticed.
Might touch it up with a sharpie.

I wouldn't worry about it. Just because theres a scratch, that doesn't mean you dropped it or it fell.

make sure u stress to them that u keep it in a hard camera case that way they cant put it down to negligence

I cant do an exact camera swap even with the original packaging and receipt at microcenter. And samsung will just send it back. And I need it to work by July 14th.


The problem is its auto focusing. It fell, while turned on, on the lens That was popped out, like on zoom.


I dont care about the warranty. Do you think its possible to fix it myself?
