Is there any mother board with WiFi built in?Heck no. Do you really need a wireless card? Are you not in the same room as the router?

I need to purchase an OS (Windows 10 home or prof), right?Yeah at a $750 budget that's like a quarter of it in just ram. 16GB is plenty for pretty much most things.
I made a list, unfortunately I was unable to fit a i7 into the budget. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/72kktg
Yes. I'm not completely sure if it is still available free on their website.I need to purchase an OS (Windows 10 home or prof), right?
Windows 10 was free for upgrade but I think it ended. Anyway, this is not an upgrade. A new built. I guess I have to budge $100 for the OS.Yes. I'm not completely sure if it is still available free on their website.
Any opinion on those PCIe SSD drive?By the way, the 500GB MX500 SSD can be purchased for $54. I'd go with that over the $49 250GB.
If you want to go cheaper, the $35 240GB Team Group SSD is a great buy:

Realistically you'd be better served by a 500GB drive.

Don't have a link but they announced home will be going up to 130 "officially". Might be able to get it lower but that's going to be the MSRP for OEM home.Prices for Windows 10 has only went up by 10 bucks at newegg. $109

I don't think you can transfer OEM.Who needs full version when you can transfer OEM to a new pc just by using your MS account.
Yes, I've done it along with others here like Darren. Just have to tie the installation to your MS account first.I don't think you can transfer OEM.
