For whatever reason I cannot access my router's settings at http://192.168.1.1/ through my wired PC but I can do so perfectly fine through any wireless connection. How can i fix this?
Reboot the router and it usually fixes the issue.
Do an Ipconfig /all at a command prompt and list the details given for the default gateway.
That would be the address you need to use to access your router. Perhaps you are connected to some other router on your wireless machine?

Does it list the same numbers for dhcp server?
Then try the dhcp server number. If that don't work, something just isn't right. Do you have more than one router in the home?
Do the ipconfig /all again. What does it list as your internal IP address?
Your internal ip address is what the router assigns your pc. What does it list? I just didn't want you to list your external IP address that goes out to the internet.
You won't see internal IP address, you will just see IP address. I was just expressing what the difference is just in case it did show you your external ip address as well.
