"chinese" in ie

I use ie8 in Win7-64 and suddenly in some sites I cant write in my language, I have letters like these ---> ±ΓΖ³·ΎΊ»„¶

Do u know how to fix it?

You also might try reinstalling Internet Explorer 8 or upgrading to 9. Have to tried any other browsers (Chrome, Firefox, etc) to see if they display correctly?

There is no problem in other browsers, just in ie.
I tried reset to defaults, no result.
I looked for re-install of ie8, but there's no such option for Win7 !
For ie10 I need sp1. I dont know about ie9, may I ?

I got this problem after replaced a graphics card. I put back the old card but problem wasnt fixed.

PS. When we say "chinese" we dont mean the chinese language. We mean crap letters

A lot of site especially bank site not supporting Ie8 anymore. just do a windows update and get ie9.

Its not about the version of ie. A new win7 install with ie8 would solve the problem.
Problem came up after a graphics card replacementconfused
