You also might try reinstalling Internet Explorer 8 or upgrading to 9. Have to tried any other browsers (Chrome, Firefox, etc) to see if they display correctly?
There is no problem in other browsers, just in ie.
I tried reset to defaults, no result.
I looked for re-install of ie8, but there's no such option for Win7 !
For ie10 I need sp1. I dont know about ie9, may I ?

I got this problem after replaced a graphics card. I put back the old card but problem wasnt fixed.
