Chosing new fans

Hi guys I want to make my system quieter, so i decided to get some new fans. The case is NZXT Tempest 410 and i need 6 new fans since i cant put a second one on the side because my videocard is too big :D .I looked around for fans and chose two, which i think are the best. They are the following:
Noiseblocker BlackSilentFan XL2-1500rpm
Bitfenix spectre white led-500-1000rpm
I am going to use them with a fan controller which i think will make them both quieter on low power but I am still not sure. I want something that will have a balance between noise and air pushed. Another thing I am not sure about is if there is a better fan on that budget.
Thanks in advance!

What size are the fans? Small fans that are 80mm in size aren't terribly quiet, even on low speeds. You want 120mm or larger fans (depending on what your case will fit).

Just my 2 cents.. those bit fenix fans are not quiet.. at least in 3 different systems I've personally seen, the 120mm and 140mm are noisy.

I'm partial to noctuas and the newer corsair fanss.

I need 120mm fans and I also think noctuas are the best but they seem to me quite pricy and I am not sure if I can afford it. What do you think about the noiseblockers or any fans arround that price?

I hear ya on price..you do pay to play with noctuas..

sorry I'm unfamiliar with the others you mentioned, so i cant offer help

CoolerMaster, Xigmatek, Thermaltake, and Apevia make good fans.

Yah, agreed

I am leaning towards antec Truequiet non pro version because the pro is too pricy. Another option is the nexus real silent fan 1000 or 2000rpm Any suggestions?
