CMOS Bad or CMOS Error or Wrong Cmos Setup

First Step: I enter the BIOS Setup and Load Default settings and then I correct the date. I save and exit. Turn the computer off and power off for 1 minute.
Switch power on and computer on : same message appear - Wrong CMOS press F1 to continue or Del to enter setup.

Second Step: I replace the CMOS Battery (model 2032) with a new one, I even check the new battery voltage reading 3.3 Volts. I reconfigure the CMOS as in step 1. Save and exit. turn off the computer and power.
When i put on again same message appear - Wrong CMOS press F1 to continue or Del to enter setup.

Third Step : I turn off computer and power, remove the new battery. clear the CMOS with JUMPER and repeat Step 2 - Same ERROR.

NOTE: I even check if the battery is loose, but it's not

 Could somebody please help me how can i correct this error.

First of all, what is the make and model of this system? Is it store bought or custom built? Is there a BIOS update for it?

I have Updated the BIOS - The problem is not solve

Sounds like its a defective mobo now. Did you have a power surge or outage recently?

No, My earthing is working fine. I verified it with multimeter. I am using a surge protector power extension cord.

is this a brand new mobo or did it work previously, if it is new and never used working then it may be a defective or bad motherboard.

I'm having the very same problem with my present Biostar mobo. Sometimes I'll get a splash screen and everything at default settings when I (re)boot. Other times all my drive letters will be scrambled, or my boot drive will be missing, or a hard drive will just vanish as if it were unplugged.

I've replaced the battery twice after getting 0xA5 BSODs which point to a bad BIOS. My power supply died in April and I'm assuming it screwed up my BIOS, so I've given up. I have a new mobo, CPU and RAM on the way from Newegg.
