Computer case, Power supply and Heatsink; Need help!

Hello,
I will be building a gaming rig soon and I needed help with a couple of things. During boxing day I bought parts from different stores and now I'm starting to question the compatibility of my components. Here are a few questions I have and I am a beginner in the computer world so what I say may not make complete sense:

1. I made some research and found out that the video card I ordered requires a minimum of 34A from the 12v rail of the power supply (http://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=104805.0;wap2). Please note that the GPU needs to be plugged with a 6 pin and a 8 pin PCI-E connector. I also realised that the power supply I ordered have multiple 12v rails of low amperage (25A). Does the 6 pin and 8 pin PCI-E connectors use there own 12v rail and would this mean I'll be fine? or do I need to exchange my PSU for another one with a single 12v rail that has more amperage? 2. Do you think that my heatsink and huge video card will fit in my case?

3. Should my heastink cool my CPU enough?

I have heard that single raid PSU's are better but I have no experience of my own. Your PSU isnt modular, so it might be a little harder to get you cables run and a real clean look from it. According to the specs of your case its 254.6mm wide, and your heatsink is 158.5mm high, i dont see why it wouldnt fit theres about 100mm to play with... note that the MOBO space takes up so of that 100mm too, but it should fit. If you not overclocking the heatsink should be fine, again no personal experience, but I have researched tones of heatsinks for my build and i went with http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835233029

after mail in rebate its the same price as yours, and havent heard a bad review i believe yet.
 
That CPU Cooler is not adequate. Get a CoolerMaster V6GT and some Arctic Silver 5 thermal compound.

Everything else looks solid.

If you want to save some money, buy a 6950 and flash it to a 6970 for free. Those cars have Dual BIOS so if you screw up no problem

if hes not overclocking this heatsink is fine, we must find out if hes overclocking or not, correct?
 
It should alright then. But if you want a quiet and cool system, I'd get some Arctic Silver 5 paste, an ArctiClean kit and some good fans for the 212+

for my Hyper TX3, I got 2x Scythe Kaze Jyu 2000RPM fans (92mm/100mm) and they are dead quiet, they are plugged into the motherboard so running about 1600rpm

But I think the 212 uses 120mm fans.

Now I dont need a thread on what fans to buy.... good advice sir
