Okay, so there's a lot of really nice "custom" computer cases out there. But I'm looking to custom make my own, because I have some ideas for better cooling that I just plain don't see out there. But I don't want to build a case from complete scratch. So I'm thinking that if I could find the "innards" so to speak of a computer (think drive bays, power supply bays, motherboard holder, etc.) without buying an entire case and wasting money and material on things I don't need or want, I'd be able to build the outer case myself the way I want.
The problem with this theory is that I don't have the first clue of where to *get* the innards to a case without buying the whole thing. At least not where I have enough, properly sized bays. Any ideas where I might be able to find something like that?
