Computer instant shutting down.

I was playing with voltage settings a bit now and i've set them to this:

Vcore Voltage: 1.37500V
Memmory Voltage: 1.875V
1.2V HT Voltage: 1.2V
NB Core Voltage: 1.25V
SB Core Voltage: 1.55V
CPU VTT Voltage: 1.25V

Started crysis and "played" it for 40mins....

then i've got BSOD just like this one:

Then i went back to the bios and reseted voltage settings to auto.

Went back playing crysis.... after a minute or so --> instant shutdown.

Then when i came back to windows the computer was mostly idle i was only on skype... and i've got the same bsod as before.

I have the latest bios update. I have it since it came out.
(Striker Extreme BIOS 2002 - 2010/05/19)
Also the latest GPU drivers (266.58) and diskchecks were all ok.

So.... MB / CPU ?

204W maximum each = 408W = 34A. That PSU has 52A on the 12V rail and excellent control and efficiency specs.
