My computer has been lagging pretty badly lately whenever I try to do anything, even as simple as opening up chrome, and the sides feel super warm. It seems to only do this when it gets hot outside(I live in washington). I thought it might be overheating so I got speed fan and here are the results. Microsoft security essentials says I have no viruses and this issue persists even after a full wipe of my computer. Its not my internet because all the other computers in the house are fine. I was thinking of buying a better fan or a new case if that would help, but im not sure
Here are my computer specs:

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti
Motherboard: ASRock 870 EXTREME3 AM3 AMD 870 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD
PS: CORSAIR Builder Series CX500 (CMPSU-500CX) 500W ATX12V v2.3 Active PFC
HD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 ST3500418AS 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive

Any help would be greatly appreciated
