I'm with meanman on this one. It's entirely possible it's a psu for the reasons he's given. I'd plug it all up, and while running MemTest86, backprobe the 20/24 connector for proper voltages using a digital vom. It's fairly quick and easy to do and would eliminate a likely component. Just be careful of how you place your probes and your hands.

I definitly agree with the possibility it's the psu. I'd plug it all back up, run memtest86 and back probe the 20/24 connector for proper voltages while it was running.
