I replaced my two 120mm Thermaltake blue LED case fans a while back, maybe a little bit over a month ago I guess. One, they were over 4 years old, two, I think they weren't working as well, and three, an equally sound reason was that I was tired of the blue LED light streaming out the back and side panel. I even unplugged the wire going from the motherboard to the PC power button that lit that up blue when it was pushed
So, I thought I could get some use out of these fans without the blue LED's because I still don't want blue light. I was inspecting the fans and I saw four sets of 2 wires going from the circuit board in the center under the Thermaltake sticker to near the four corners of the fan.

I guess it wouldn't matter if I could the two wires near the circuit board or near the LED bulbs.
