Hey don't know if this is what your looking for .But its worked for me everytime . I would get that same thimng each time I connected to the net after building a new computer . From what I gather its not a virus , but the after effects of one . you need to go to http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp and look for the update ( KB835732 ) It will fix your problem
