CPU temps are too high, try to add cooling to your case or get a cheap (but much better than stock) cpu cooler. Something like this https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099
Use DisplayDriverUninstaller to completely uninstall the nvidia driver and do a fresh gpu driver install.
Update direct X
Make sure your BIOS settings are correct (after you updated it).
Check in game settings are correct.
Make sure you have all game patches.
