I'm still talking with Microsoft about getting ESU to work on Win10. After tomorrow if they can't get it to work, which would be like the 6th appointment with them they say they will have exhausted all options short of reformatting hard drive and starting entirely from scratch, which entirely defeats the purpose of protecting my data. And in any case isn't something I'd need tech support for. I need there help with technical nuances that I don't know anything about. Did there come a point when Windows got so convoluted that their own technical support can't figure it out?
