This "outreach" crew have been around for a while
I emailed them directly and asked what the hec they are doing
They are not officially MS, but are contracted with them (well just their email was only confirmed)
They are highly technical with good long term (many many years) experience, but their sole intention is to advertise MS and get users to update
Their actual support is therefore highly limited, which causes them to provide poor (or limited) support on many occasions
They are generally a nuisance, and most of their posts (although correct) should be quickly followed by, here's a better idea
Note I have done this on about 5 different forums so far, with this "team" Although they have employed some new names that I haven't seen before
