Finding a motherboard

Hey guys, im rebuilding my system, new PSU, graphics card, ram and mobo, but i want to keep my current socket 775 CPU.

Problem: I would like a motherboard that can take 1333mhz or more DDR3 and has a 775 CPU socket. So far i have not found one that will go above 1066MHZ without overclocking. I am beggining to arrive at the conclusion that such a board does not exist. Does anyone know of one?

By the way, looking at your existing set up, the easiest upgrade is graphic card. You've got PCI Express Graphics slot @ x4 speed. So, just stick a new video card will have some improvement.

I don't really recommend you go down the route for old LGA 775 socket. You are just wasting your money.

thanks, i have allready looked at the 5670 but i decided ont he 430 because of its PhysX and CUDA capibilites. thanks for the mobo link

budget is tight, less than 300, more likely 250 for a mobo, ram, psu, graphics card
