Change the case, its a piece of crap...2 hard drive bays and a single 5.25" drive bay, and airflow isnt very good. Go for something like this: (both have free shipping=cheaper anyhow)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811144197
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811156189

Swap the cpu for a phenom II X3 710, the phenom 9600 agena has a translation lookaside buffer error.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103648&Tpk=710

Go with this motherboard:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128379

This psu is better and cheaper after rebate:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341019

Id get a sata optical drive over that cheap ide cd-rom...that thing wont even read dvd's.

I would recommend against that mouse, i would get a wired mouse if you plan on gaming, such as this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826100002
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826100010

If your gaming..this gpu is better:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127420

Id go with one of these heatsinks:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835233014
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835233003

Those speakers arent that great...id look into the logitech S-220, decent budget speakers.

ill do some calculating on prices. I may be able to shave off 100$ for the os because I already have the disk for vista from a previous computer, I just have to find out if it is 64-bit or not, would i be able to use it?

If the OS is from a prebuilt, no you will not be able to use it. I dont know what your overall budget is, but that mobo i recommended earlier is great..but for a few bucks more, this mobo supports crossfire down the road, and your psu would be plenty to run two 4830's:

Hey guys, I'm back now. So from what I have any more suggestions on the build? the previous guy helped me with mostly everything, but I have a question that I think he answered but I am still not clear on. I had a computer I bought about a year ago that came with windows vista, im not sure if it is 64-bit but if it is, will I be able to use it for this computer? why or why not?

If it came with a prebuilt, no. Because it is an OEM edition that is tied to the motherboard.

ok I have to know why I cant get the gmc bulldozer case? is it too small? not enough? I would RREEEAAALLLY like to know because that case is soooooo awesome looking grrrrrrr.

just because it is awesome looking doesn't mean it is good. Like bomber said, it doesnt give very much room for added hard drives and whatnot, and since it cannot circulate air very well all your components would get hot and most likely reduce the life of your entire computer. But ultimately it is your choice, we're just helping out because you asked us too :)

Edit: BTW you can also try the Windows 7 RC for a free OS. All you need is to burn an installation DVD and have the cd key from microsoft.

The bulldozer has a single slot for a cd/dvd-rom drive, very poor airflow, no cooling to the hard drives, and only two 3.5" internal bays.

ok bomber I need to find another gpu because the one you recommended was a deactivated item:confused: so I need one for around the same price

also, I figured Id mention, I would be playing a few retail games but mostly Ill ble playing game susch as eve, WOW, assorted downloaded games but I would really like to be able to have l4d on my computer so :P
