just ran task manager up as my comp was going slow again and here is what i found.



how can i lower the "disk" column effectively and easily?

Disable superantispywate and stop torrenting. Very simple.

Torrenting is probably your issue as it's just chewing up your disk speed. If you're watching a video that's on your hard drive while also torrenting to your hard drive, that'll cause your problem.
