Getting New PSU

First, the watts thread, thank you for the advice. All that arguing for nothing.

Okay, I need under $130, hopefully around $100. I need modulaur, really want fully modulaur. 80 plus silver or more would be nice, but really want 80 plus bronze (shouldnt be a problem, a $120 psu isnt exactly cheap), would perfer seasonic/corsair/XFX. Need 650w, really want 750w.

Also need blue sleeved cables, I only need like 2, my PC has a few molexes, a mobo, and a 8 pin.

24 Pin Bitfenix single sleeved

8 Pin Vid card (Is the video card 8 pin same as 8 pin mobo?)

The OCZ unit will be fine, my OCZ unit has been great so far. :) I'd say go for it! :good:

Ummm... not much I can say other than why bother getting that cooler when it's pretty much just like the stock cooler? If you're getting it purely because it has a blue fan, that's a waste of money, just use the stock cooler.

Well is this for your new build? You said you were getting an i3 in another thread didn't you? Unless you buy an OEM one, you should get a cooler with the processor. The OEM ones don't come with the stock cooler though.

OK well that explains it then. That cheap Cooler Master one which Wolfe linked to would be fine.

I didn't know you had got an OEM i3, I thought you had bought a retail one.
 
It look nice but i should warning you. Be careful how you mount that SilenX cooler. Like i think i broken my stock fan mount or not. While It won't spead fully area of metal CPU. I have thermaltake Contac 30 and it is really good. I can replace 120 MM fan as i like.
 
I just wanted to throw this out there, and recommend against getting a modular power supply. Not only are they more expensive, but less reliable. The modular connectors have a better chance of creating a short and/or becoming loose over time causing problems. I had a modular power supply a few years ago, and to be honest it didnt save me that much space in terms of cables.

I would strongly recommend a non-modular regular molex power supply as you will get more bang for your buck and long term reliability.
