Graphic Card performance Problems...

Well I was playing coh 2 beta today and my average fraps were around 45-50 even on 4vs4 maps! and i tried the black-hole benchmark program and I got a 8232
 
I looked over some graphs and it looks like Crysis 3 just does not work as well with AMD cards as nvidia cards. Hopefully a driver update will fix that.
 
Ok well my birthday is in two days :D and I have about $500 saved up incase I needed a better one ,but I do not see any better ones cards yet... I will contact AMD about the issues, but thanks for the help guys!
