hmm the 7600gt can beat the x850xt pe??

X850xt performs equally to 7600GT in most of the current games.

X850xt might perform slightly better when you are running AA and AF, but 7600GT has SM3.0 as an advantage, and it is a better overclocker. X850xt can't even run HDR in some games (like oblivion)..
X850xt can't run games that uses unreal engine 3.0 (like Rainbow six Vegas )

Mine is a XFX one and although it said that it was a stock vanilla version the core was clocked 20Mhz faster, at 470Mhz, but I doubt that made much of a difference, the 7900GT consistently got 400-500 points more than the X1950 pro in 3dmark 06 and I doubt you can achieve a gain of 400 points with just a measly 20Mhz over clock.

In this website ^^ you can see a benchmark comparing X1950pro to a stock 7900GT

Can you explain why X1950pro was getting better frame/sec than 7900GT in most of the games that were tested ?

I agree with "mega10169", i think if the BUS types were next to each card it would be even more valuable of a list!
