I know there is some difference between Retail and OEM versions of Hardware - but can't remember what it is.
If I'm purchasing a HDD, is there a compelling reason to get a Retail version vs OEM? Anything in the Retail package I might need and be missing? Newegg has a 500 GB WD hard drive with 32 MB Cache for $60 bucks. But it's OEM version
